If you clicked on the “About Jamie” tab and read my bio, you now know that my family and I are full time missionaries with Overland Missions. We have been serving with Overland for 10 years, and nine of those years were spent living just outside of Livingstone, Zambia. My husband and I served as the base managers of our main logistical base and ran Overland’s Advanced Missions Training school (AMT) in the same location. We remain the overall directors of our AMT program and are currently in the process of re-locating to a new area of sub-Saharan Africa.
Overland Missions is an organization committed to reaching the unreached people groups of the world. Our emphasis is preaching the Gospel, the message of Jesus Christ and the new creation, to those that have never heard the name of Jesus; to those that are in such remote locations others will not dare venture. Our mandate, according to the Holy Scriptures, is to “Go ye into all the world and make disciples of all nations.”
Ciaran and I are absolutely ecstatic about the move of God happening across the earth. We serve Jesus with an awesome team and for that we are absolutely grateful. To find out more about Overland Missions, the apostolic organization that we serve, please visit www.overlandmissions.com to see how you can get more involved in the nations. Additionally, if you would like to get involved in our ministry by partnering with us financially you can click on www.overlandmissions.com/donate (please write “Stirling” in the memo line) … not because we need your money, but because we want you to be blessed as you sow your heart and therefore treasure into the nations.
The pictures below are from our time in Zambia… please enjoy! I will be updating them during our trip through Africa this year. We are planning to touch ground in Namibia, Angola, Malawi, Zambia, and Mozambique. Lord willing!
